The Affordable Care Act (ACA) requires every state to establish a Health Benefits Exchange (Exchange), also known as a health care marketplace (Marketplace), which must be operational and ready for open enrollment by October 1, 2013. IRS Issues Revised Form 720 for Payment of the Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute Fee Due July 31

This week, the Internal Revenue Service issued a revised Form 720, Quarterly Federal Excise Tax, giving taxpayers a designated space to report the monies collected for payment of the Patient Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI) fee.
